Confidence

Our team makes every effort to help you choose the right hearing aid for you. Becoming accustomed to new hearing instruments is a learning process. To help you adjust to your new hearing aid we offer a forty-five day trial period. If after 45 days you are not completely satisfied with your hearing aids you can return them to us for a full refund (excluding deposit which covers the cost of custom earmoulds).

Assurance

To ensure that you are protected in the event that you lose or damage your hearing aids we include loss and repair coverage for most hearing aids during the first two years – at no additional cost. That’s our advantage. You are encouraged to declare the hearing aids to your home insurance provider so that loss or damage of the hearing aids will be covered should that be necessary.

Service & Support

Follow-up care is the most important part of your hearing rehabilitation and so we encourage you to visit us often in the first few months following the fitting of new hearing aids. During these appointments, we will ensure that your hearing aids are properly adjusted and that you are comfortable with your new hearing abilities. In addition, we will teach you to maintain your hearing aid. After the purchase of your hearing aid, we will offer free cleaning and performance checks to maximize the aid’s life and effectiveness. We also carry the accessories necessary to keep your hearing aids in optimum working order. Throughout the year we offer the most competitive battery prices in the Niagara Peninsula.
